Two solid oak shelves forming a unique set, with a natural live edge on each board. The grain is well-defined; a knot, a cavity, and visible cracks are part of the wood's character. You will receive the set photographed, with your chosen finishes.

Your finish choice

Both faces rough-planed, unsanded, without resin or varnish, with sharp edges. Knots, cracks, and cavities remain in the condition shown in the photos without the resin option. Chalk marks may remain on the raw version.

Options: epoxy resin in the knots and cracks on the top side; 120-grit finishing sanding, including edges; chamfered or rounded edges; sanding with matte varnish. The varnish option includes the corresponding sanding. Resin can be chosen without sanding. The faces without chalk shown in the first photo are the reference tops for the resin. Same finishes apply to both boards in the set.

Upcycled solid oak from our workshop selection, prepared in Gambais, Yvelines. For indoor use only. Fixings not provided; no resizing is included.

Kiln-dried wood: its moisture content varies with its environment, and the wood continues to move. Nominal length and width, tolerance ±1 cm; thickness ±2 mm. For a fitted alcove, check the measurements before ordering.

Preparation and delivery

Shipping within 3 business days for the raw version, or 7 business days with options; transport time is additional. Free collection at the Gambais workshop. Delivery in metropolitan France, including Corsica, according to the terms and rates offered at checkout.
